A re-order item is a item that has sold out of stock and is requested to be restocked. This item ships at a later date than your other items! PLEASE read the full listing most of these items ship the following week.

Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $5 and orders over $25 ship for free. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving. There is a $15 Priority Mail shipping option at checkout.

We ship within the United States

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Mobile, Alabama. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days as this only delays us processing orders. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Priority shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed. 

There is a $15 Priority Mail shipping option at checkout. These orders will be processed faster (the next business day) and typically take 2-3 business day to ship via USPS. 

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.**

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Item(s) must be sent back to us within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

example: If your item was delivered to you on June 17th, your post office label must state no later than June 22nd.

After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.

All accessories, shoes, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale.

All items must have tags attached in unused condition.

Any items that have been worn will not be refunded.

You will be issued a gift card to your email used at check out! Original shipping costs will be deducted from gift card amount.
